8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup water
4 cups thick spaghetti sauce.
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups cottage cheese
3 cups (12 oz. ) mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese ( sprinkle on top)

Brown and drain ground beef. Add sauce, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. In a 9x13 inch greased dish layer 1/3 meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/3 mozzarella. Repeat this layer. Final layer: 1/3 meat sauce, and 1/3 mozzarella. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Cover and bake 55-60 min at 325º. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

When doubling the recipe use 6 cups cottage cheese. Bake in a 10"x15" and a 7"x11" glass pan or the equivalent sizes.
