1 stick butter or margarine
1 medium onion chopped
2 (10oz) packages frozen, chopped spinach thawed and well drained
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 8 oz pack cream cheese
1 8 ox sour crea
1 cup shredded monterey jack
1 cup grated Parmasean cheese
2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
Add onion and cook until soft and brown.
Stir in spinach, then artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup Monterey Parm, Tabasco and salt

Stir until blended and put in 1/2 qt casserole. Top with Parm and Monterey Jack.

Bake at 350 on bottom rack for 20 - 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
