1 box of Devil's Food or Dark Chocolate Fudge cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding (small)
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

1 pkg. softened cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 tbsp. softened butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk (14 oz)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all cake ingredients in mixer. Beat for 1 minute. Slowly increase speed and beat 2-3 minutes more. Pour batter into sprayed bundt cake pan.

Beat Topping mixture ingredients until fluffy and then pour over cake batter.

Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes.
