Pasta with mushrooms and pepperoni Recipe

1 box white mushrooms (10oz)
1 large onion
2 leeks or extra onion
3 slices ham or 3/4 cup pepporoni
2 tbsp butter
1 can College Inn chicken broth or 2 cups
1 8 pz tomato sauce
1/3 cup sherry
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 can peas (optional)
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper

Heat oil and butter together
Add mushrooms (drained), onions, garlic
Add salt & pepper
Add pepperoni
Let it get golden brown abuot 15 - 20 minutes
Make sure all water is evaporated.
Add flour and mix all in
Add sherry, tomator sauce, Chicken broth, and raise flame to high
Get to boil then lower flame to low
Simmer 15 minutes
Add 1/2 cup romano into sauce then another 1/2 cup while stirring sauce with pasta.
When done cover.
