1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup Milk
1 tsp. Melted butter
2 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and salt. In a separate bowl beat eggs until thick, then add in milk. Make a well in centre of flour mixture and add the milk mixture. Beat with mixer on low speed until batter is smooth. Pour 2 tbsps. of the raost drippings into a shallow pan. Heat in oven at 450ºF until smoking hot, pour batter into pan. Bake in oven until puffed and browned. Approx. 15 -20 minutes. Lower heat to 350ºF and bake for another 15 minutes.
