1 C. Shortening
1/2 C. Sugar
1 C. Boiling Water
2 pkg Yeast
4 Eggs
2 tsp Salt
1 C. Cold Water
7 1/2 C. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening and sugar together well. Add 1 C. boiling water. Cool completely then add remainder of ingredients. Knead, rise, knead and form into Parker House rolls. Allow to rise. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes for until golden brown.
