1 lb pasta
oil
1/2 cup marsala
1 can of College Inn chicken broth
garlic
romano cheese
2 heads of broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Put enough oil in to cover pan so it is about a 1/4 of an inch high.

Add whole garlic cloves (do not brown them)

Add 1/2 cup of marsala

Add a can of chicken broth

Add romano cheese and raw garlic at the end.

Save pasta water.
