Fruit Tart Pastry Recipe

1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 tbsp white vinegar

3 cups berries (blueberries and peaches)
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

To make pastry, combine the first 3 ingredients in a food processor.
Mix in the vinegar.
Press into a 9" tart pan

Combine the berries, sugar and flour.

Fill pastry with berry mixture and bake for 1 hour.

Also can remove from oven and sprinkle with 1 cup of berries and cool.
