2 cups dried elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. Butter
cups milk
2 eggs scrambled
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups of fresh shredded mild cheddar cheese
Non-stick Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni in a large tall pot of 6 quarts of water with 2 tablespoon of salt. Drain in a strainer rinse with cold water; set aside.

Crack and scramble eggs, add milk.

Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Place cooked macaroni in dish.

Pour egg/milk mixture into the macaroni and mix well.

Pour shredded cheese on top of wet macaroni and thoroughly mix. Add salt or pepper to taste if desired.

Put into oven uncovered. Baked at 350 oven for 25 30 minutes or until the cheese becomes bubbly and completely melted.
