Ingredients:  
1 lb. or so lean hamburger
1 can (15 oz, more if you like) diced tomatoes
5 stalks celery, diced
1 sweet onion, diced
1 c. diced carrots
6 c. beef broth
2 t. or so of thyme
2 t. garlic powder
Fresh ground black pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the hamburger with the veggies until hamburger is cooked. Transfer to soup pot. Add beef broth, tomatoes, and seasoning. Cook until veggies are tender. Serve with a nice bread.
