4 c fresh cranberries
2 apples, cored and pared
2 1/2 c sugar
2 oranges
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Put cranberries and apples in a food processor. Quarter whole oranges and lemon. Remove seeds and process in food processor, peel and all. Add sugar and blend. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours.

This has been served at many Thanksgiving dinners for at least two generations. It is a family favorite.
