1 lb of Chicken Tenders
2 Eggs beatened
1 - 2 c Flour
8 oz Parmesan Cheese
8 oz Panko or Breadcrumbs
Salt & Pepper to taste

Oil for frying

1. Combine Parmesan Cheese and Panko in a shallow dish.
2. Add Salt, Pepper & Seasoning to the flour in a shallow dish.
3. Beat the eggs in a shallow dish.
4. Dip 1 piece of chicken in the flour.
5. Dip in the egg wash
6. Dip in the the Panko mixture.
6. Add chicken to hot oil and cook until browned.
