3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/3 cups oil (canola)

Glaze:
6 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in small bowl. In larger bowl, mix remaining ingredients well with a mixer. Add the five ingredients slowly to liquid and mix well until well blended. Put in two greased regular size loaf pans or bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes to one hour ten minutes. Test for doneness with toothpick. Prepare glaze. Bush or pour over HOT loaves in pan. Leave in pan until cool.
