12 russet potatoes
1 bunch of radishes thinly sliced
1 bunch of dill, chopped
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
salt
pepper
1 c canola oil
3/4 c white vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes
2. Peel the potatoes and cool.
3. Slice the potatoes thinly.
4. Add gr. onions, radishes, dill, pepper and salt.
5. Gently stir.
6. In a measure cup, add the oil and vinegar and sugar.
7. Give it a taste, you may have to add more oil, or more vinegar.
8. Pour dressing on top of the potatoes and gently toss.
9. Refrigerate until serving time.
