10 oz pkg Chopped Broccoli
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 stick Margarine, melted
4 Eggs
6 oz Cottage Cheese
8 oz Jalapeño Cheez Whiz, softened
12 oz Niblets Corn
1 Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli by directions on package and drain well. Sauté onion in butter. Stir eggs, onion, corn and cottage cheese together. Add Cheez Whiz and broccoli. Mix well. Stir in Jiffy Mix. Spray 9 x 13" dish. Bake at 400º for 35 minutes.
