10 large ripe tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped sweet red pepper
1 c coarsely chopped apples
1 c coarsely chopped pears
1 c coarsely chopped peaches
1 small hot red pepper finely chopped (optional)
1 c granulated sugar
1 1/2 Heinz Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. mixed pickling spice (tied in cheesecloth bag)

Combine all ingredients in large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to boil and simmer until thickened bout 45 min stirring often. Remove spice bag. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
