1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 package (3 1/2 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
1/4 cup salad oil
1 medium egg, unbeaten
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until dough forms a ball.
Shape dough into small walnut size balls on an ungreased cookie
sheet about 2 inches apart.
Dip bottom o lightly greased small glass into granulated sugar.
Flatten balls.
Bake in preheated oven - 350 degrees
for 8-9 minutes
