10 medium russet potatoes
1 cube of butter
Flour
Milk
Garlic
Onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroomsoup
4 cups shredded cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes and slice into circles. Keep thickness uniform for thorough cooking. Boil potatoes until cooked almost done (al dente).
Melt butter. Saute garlic and onions. Add flour to make rue. Add milk to make white sauce. Add soups. Add the cheese to create a cheese sauce. Butter or spray casserole dish. Layer the potatoes at the bottom and pour the sauce over the potatoes. Sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes, insert fork to test potatoes for doneness.
