Ingredients:  
2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 6 oz cans crushed pineapple
2 T onion, finely diced
1/4 green pepper, finely diced
1 tsp McCormick's Season All seasoning salt
2 c chopped pecans (can add nuts inside)

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheese to room temperature
Blot dry pineapple on paper towel
Blend all together and shape into ball (add some nuts in if desired)
Put back into refrigerator to chill before rolling in nuts.
Serve with crackers
