Baked pie shell
½ c sugar
2 TBSP cornstarch
1 TBSP flour
½ tsp salt
2 c milk
2 egg yolks
Hot milk
1 TBSP butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c peanut butter
¾ c powdered sugar
Coolwhip
Directions:
Directions:
Heat together sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt and milk. Add portion of hot milk mixture to egg yolks. Add eggs to rest of hot milk and continue to boil until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Set aside.
Mix together peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly.
Layer into baked pie shell…
2/3 of crumble mix
Custard
Cool whip
Remaining crumble mix
Chill.
