4 c riced potatoes
½ c cream
2 tsp salt
¼ c melted butter
1 heaping cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together potatoes, cream, salt and butter. Chill for hours or overnight. Just before rolling out, add heaping cup of flour. Mix well. Add more flour as needed when rolling. Makes about 20 lefse.
If you run out of time, you can buy a lefse mix from that store!
