Swedish Meatballs Recipe

1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 lb Ground Pork
1/2 cup minced Onion
3/4 cup fine dry Bread Crumbs
1 Tbls Minced Parsley
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk

1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 cups boiling Water
3/4 cup Sour Cream

Mix meatball ingredients thoroughly and shape into balls. Brown in 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Remove meatballs and stir the sauce ingredients. Cook 15-20 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles.
