Crust
1-½ c. Vanilla Wafers or Graham Crackers, crushed
¼ c. Sugar
¼ c. Butter, melted

Filling
2-8 ounce packages Cream Cheese
1-14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1-21 ounce can Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 300ºF.

2. Line cupcake pans with 24 liners.

3. Combine the crumbs, butter, and sugar.

4. Press equal portions into muffin cups.

5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat milk in until smooth.

6. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

7. Spoon into cups.

8. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.

9. Cool for 10 minutes. Spoon topping.

10. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
