5 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 pack of yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Mix all ingredients together and add to yeast. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Let rise about 10 minutes and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. 1/4 inch thick biscuits.
