1 - 16 oz bag of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
4 oz. pimento, drained
2.8 oz French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients but 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of the fried onions.
Pour into a 1 qt. casserole and cover. Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake uncovered 5 more minutes
