2 - 10 oz pkg broccoli (I use the flower-ets 20 - 24 oz pkg)
1 onion, chopped
1 cup grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs (beaten)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Ritz crackers
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Steam and drain broccoli. Place in bottom of a 2-1/2 qt. baking dish. Beat eggs. Mix onion, cheese, soup, salt, pepper and mayonnaise with eggs. Pour on top of broccoli. Crumble cracker on top. Dot with butter. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes
