"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
This is the easiest and most delicious salad that I discovered in a demonstration tasting at Samís in 2007. The featured item was a huge jar of marinated artichokes for $8.97. They turned out to be the best I ever tasted and this salad is now my favorite.
