pot roast
Kitchen Bouquet
garlic powder
salt
pepper
onion
water
potatoes
carrots

Directions:
Jennifer says, "Coat the roast liberally on both sides with Kitchen Bouquet. Then I put garlic powder on one side and salt and pepper (light on the salt) on the other side. I put in onion slices (I like a lot of onion flavor so I use a whole onion) and a tiny bit of water in usually, only a few tablespoons. Then just cook the heck out of it. I cook mine for about 5 or 6 hours on high. I added the cubes potatoes (and sometimes carrots if I have some) about an hour or so before it’s done so that they don’t get real mushy."

Jane Ann says, "When Jennifer does it, it tastes like Granny's pot roast, just falling apart and so tasty."
