2 or 3 eggs
14 pepperoni slices, cut in half then quartered
Shredded Mozzarella cheese, generous handful
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Scramble eggs in bowl and set aside. Saute pepperoni in skillet until crisp and drain off most of the grease. Return skillet to stove and add the eggs.

When the eggs are almost done to your liking, toss in the cheese and give it another quick scramble.

Serve with hearty, toasted bread.

Recipe can be doubled, tripled, quadrupled.
