Blueberry Salad Recipe

2--3oz. boxes grape jello
1 can blueberry pie filling
1--20oz. can of crushed pineapple drained.


1--8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
vanilla flavoring to taste

Mix, jello with 2 cups boiling water. Let cool, then add blueberry pie filling and crushed pineapple and let it congeal.

For Topping:

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla together. If lumpy, can beat with electric mixer.
Spread on top of jello mixture. Can add chopped nuts on top

Put in fridge overnight.
