3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 pound of Velveeta cheese cubed
2 cups Mexican blend cheese
2 cups white cheddar cheese
1 3/4 cup milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3 eggs
3/4 cups melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Macaroni according to package directions, Drain and place into a 5 qt. greased crockpot. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover with glass lid and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until temp reaches 160º. Only stir one time while cooking.
