Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 tsp White Sugar
1 c. Warm Water
2 1/2 c. Flour
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt

(Optional)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Oregano

Pizza Toppings:
Pizza Sauce (I add a little BBQ sauce to it)
Shredded Cheese
Any pizza toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour (& extra seasonings), salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes(Can leave for longer)
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan, I used shortening and it makes the crust get a little more crunchier. Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. I usually put on lower rack for 3-5 mins, then move on upper rack for rest of time. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes on cooling rack before serving.

Try making a stuffed crust pizza with Cheese or Hot Dogs :) .... Just make sure you poke holes in crust for cheese to breathe.
