Rub:
3 tbsp Onion Powder
1/4 c. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Crushed Chilli Peppers
1/4 tsp Steak Spice
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/8 tsp Oregano
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper or Chili Powder
2 tbsp Mustard Powder
1/3 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp Celery Salt
Dash Salt & Pepper

Turn BBQ on low to preheat it. Cut ribs into 4-6 pieces. Mix all rub ingredients in a bowl. (You may need to double the recipe if your have more ribs). Sprinkle rub over ribs and rub on both sides. Place ribs, meat side down, in aluminum foil - make sure it's sealed. Place all ribs (meat side down) on Lower rack on BBQ, cook for 12-15 mins. Then turn ribs onto bone side for 10 mins. Then your going to turn them back onto meat side down and Place on upper rack, Still on low for 15-20 mins, Turn onto bone side for another 20 mins (on upper rack). After that your going to open the alum foil and leave them on there for another 5 mins Take all the aluminum foil off the ribs and place them back on the BBQ, Base with BBQ sauce and put on upper rack for 5 mins then do the same for the other side for another 5 mins. Now they're done! Let cool for a couple minutes before serving
