3 lbs chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/5 C BBQ sauce (Baby Ray's Original)
Chopped onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 C zesty Italian dressing

When serve:
Hamburger buns
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in crock pot. If frozen, increase cooking time. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. Shred chicken and mix back in to sauce. Allow meat to sit in sauce for at least 30-45 minutes before serving to allow the shredded meat to absorb flavor.

Serve on buns with shredded cheese.
