12 large mushrooms, stems removed
6 Tbs. cream cheese
6 pimiento stuffed olives, finely chopped
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
2 oz.crabmeat
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, except oil.
3. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps and drizzle with oil.
4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
