1 c Butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 c Creamy Peanut Butter
3 1/8 c Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Cream together butter sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and peanut butter
Beat in baking soda, baking powder and salt
Then Stir in flour
Roll balls of dough into additional sugar
Place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork
Bake for 11 minutes or until soft set Cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
