2 lb. boneless pork shoulder roast
kosher salt, to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
1 Season pork roast with salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Place it into the slow cooker.

2 Mix broth, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce together; pour it over the pork.

3 Pour honey over roast.

4 Cook 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low.

5 Serve.

Alternate option
Once the pork is cooked and tender, break apart lightly with two forks and put back into the slow cooker. Ladle 1/2 cup sauce over the pork and keep warm until ready to eat.
