10 cups chopped zucchini
4 cups chopped onion
5 Tbsp. salt
6 cups sugar
1 green pepper, chopped
2 1/4 cups vinegar
2 tsp. black pepper
1 red pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. turmeric
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Grind together the zucchini and onion, add salt and let stand overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, drain and rinse the mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and add to zucchini and onions. Cook all ingredients together for 30 minutes. Pour into pint jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
