1 1/2 cups Bisquick
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pound fresh ground sausage (hot or mild)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together. If not moist enough, add a little water. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. Bake for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. These freeze well before or after baking.

I use a lot more cheddar cheese than the recipe calls for; would like to find a way to punch this up.
