3 tbsp Liquid egg-whites

1 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Almond extract
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 cup Joseph's maltitol sweetener
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup Xylitol

8 oz Cream cheese, fat-free
1/2 cup I can t believe it s not butter
2 tbsp Sour cream, fat-free

1/2 cup Or slightly less, granulated xylitol (240 calories)
1/2 cup Truvia Baking blend, blended for about 2 minutes (190 calories, or additional 1 cup xylitol, blended)

Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, maltitol sweetener, xylitol, and Truvia Baking Blend. Using a hand-mixer, stir on medium until fully combined.
Add egg-whites, fat-free sour cream, vanilla extract and almond extract. Mix for additional 15 - 30 seconds, or until combined.
Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix for an additional 1 - 2 minutes, or until fully combined (Dough will be thick, like cookie dough).
Press batter into a lightly-greased baking dish, about 9 X 13, until even.
Bake 18 - 22 minutes, or until completely cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 30 - 60 minutes.
Combine all ingredients for frosting and mix (using hand-mixer) until completely combined.
Once bars have cooled, spread with frosting and serve.
