1 tsp Garlic powder
1 bunch Green onions
2 (10oz) packages Spinach, frozen

3 Eggs

1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Cheddar, white
1 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups Italian seasoned gluten free breadcrumbs


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl mix together spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, butter, green onions, eggs, cheddar, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Form into balls and place on a large greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until spinach balls are golden brown and cooked through.
