1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini or ravioli
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons butter
4-1/2 teaspoons flour
1 cup milk
1 jar (15 oz) marinara sauce
4 oz cream cheese, cubed (reg or light)
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a smaller saucepan, cook garlic in butter for 1 minute. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Add marinara sauce, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce is heated through. Drain pasta and serve with sauce.
