2 Tbs butter
1 lb ground beef
2 (15 oz ) cans black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 (16 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 (11.5 oz) jar chunky style med hot salsa
2 cups shredded hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
2. Add beef, stirring frequently until brown.
3. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes to blend flavors.
4. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted.
