12 flour tortillas
1 8 oz can enchilada sauce
2 4 oz cans of chopped green chiles
1 lb monterey jack cheese shredded
1 16 oz sour cream
1 16 oz salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brush each tortilla with enchilada sauce on both sides. Sprinkle cheese and chiles down the middle of each tortilla. Roll the tortilla and place edge down in a "Pam" sprayed pan. Spread the top with sour cream making sure to coat all the edges of the tortillas. If not they will burn. Top with salsa. Cover the pan with foil. Cook at 350 for 20-30 mins. Serve while hot.
