Ingredients:  
3 cups sliced rhubarb (Mom used 4 cups)
3/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
2 TB flour
unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
Beat egg
Mix sugar with salt & flour
Mix with egg
Pour over cut up rhubarb
Mix until moist & place into pie shell
Top with lattice pattern top pastry
Bake for 10 minutes then lower heat & bake until crust is brown
