2 pkgs LIME jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 TB vinegar
1 small banans, sliced
1 8 oz can sliced pineapple, drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water then add cold water& vinegar
Chill until thickened (about 1 1/2 hours)
Pour half of thickened gelatin into a 9x5 loaf pan.
Arrange 3 pineapple rings on top
Now measure 1 c. thickened gelatin & fold in banana & spoon into pan
Chill until set but not too firm ( about 15 minutes)
Meanwhile with a fork, blend mayo into remaining gelatin until mixture is smooth
Stir in celery, then spoon into pan.
Chill until fully set - about 4 hours
