1 c. Crisco shortening (generously measured)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
6 TB cold water
1 egg

Cut shortening into flour until pea like.
Continue mixing wet ingredients in by fork or cutter until dough forms
Do not mix too much
Roll out into pie plate
