Ingredients:  
1 1/4. Lbs shelled defined uncooked Shrimp
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1/2 cp Butter
1/2 cp chopped Green Onions
1/2 cp chopped Celery
1/2 cp chopped Green Pepper
1 tbsp Ketchup
1/4 cp Dry White Wine
1/4 cp fresh chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Rice according to package
2. Rinse Shrimp with cold water
3. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
4. Melt Butter over medium heat
5. Add chopped Veggies
6. Stir and COOK for 5 minutes
7. Add Ketchup Wine and Shrimp
8. Cook until Shrimp is transparent
9. Sprinkle Parsley over Shrimp and serve over Rice
