4 egg yolks
Key lime juice (more than 1/3 cup; less than 1/2 cup)
Grated peel from one lime
1 14 oz. can Eagle brand condensed milk
1 egg white
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350
2. In a sizable bowl, beat egg yolks; blend in condensed milk, lime juice and grated lime peel.
3. Beat egg white in a separate bowl until fairly dry; blend into filling mixture.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or so.
6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with your choice of berry.
