1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion chopped
2 large cloves of garlic minced
2 teaspoons of oregano
2 cans of tomato soup
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons of vinegar
1/2 lb noodles
1 pint ricotta
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese shredded
grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, onion, garlic and oregano until meat is cooked. Add tomato soup, water and vinegar. Cook for 30 mins. While meat mixture is cooking, boil the noodles. Layer in a 9 x 12 inch pan. 1/2 noodles, then meat sauce then ricotta, then mozzarella. Do this twice. Cook for 30 mins at 350. Let stand for 20 mins before serving.
